Hana POS allows you to edit an order that is waiting in the queue. This feature ensures that pending orders can be modified as needed before processing.

This guide outlines the steps to update an order in the wait queue.

Steps to Update an Order Waiting in Queue

Step 1: Access the Wait Queue

• Navigate to Dashboard > Wait Queue.

The Wait Queue Page will be displayed.

Step 2: Open the Update Order Dialog

• Click Actions.

• Click Update Order from the Actions dropdown menu.

The Update Order Dialog will be displayed.

Step 3: Modify Order Details

• Make the necessary changes in the Order Details Dialog.

Step 4: Save the Updates

• Click Update Order.

A confirmation dialog will appear.

• Click Yes to confirm.

A success notification will confirm that the order has been updated.
